Classes Are Open For Enrollment. Choose your location to check available classes and to register. We have programs for Kids ages 18 months to 18 years.
Snowstorm on December 14th
Due to the snow conditions, all Sunday, December 14th classes are delayed until 12:00 noon
A make-up date will be scheduled and shared as soon as it is confirmed.
As long as weather conditions improve and roads are clear, we plan to open today at 12:00 PM.
The 9:00 AM class will meet at 12:00 PM, and all subsequent classes will follow in order.

Camps + Events
Join us for nonstop fun in our fully air-conditioned and heated facility! Your athlete will learn all 4 gymnastics events, challenge themselves on our ninja course, and play in our foam pits and trampolines!
Competitive Team
The First State Gymnastics Competitive Team Program wishes to allow each competitive gymnast the opportunity to excel and aspire to the greatest individual degree in the sport of gymnastics.

First State Gymnastics is Delaware’s most comprehensive gymnastics training center. The building was designed and built specifically to optimize training and safety. With 17,500 square feet, First State Gymnastics National Training Center (FSG) is an air-conditioned and heated facility that includes the most modern equipment and training aids, as well as convenient, comfortable viewing for parents and siblings.
Middletown Location

With 25,000 square feet, First State Gymnastics Middletown is an air-conditioned and heated facility that includes 2 full competitive floors, elite gymnastics equipment, 4 in-ground trampolines, foam pits, a ninja warrior zone, a pre-school zone, private party rooms, a large viewing deck with comfortable seating, and so much more.
