Gymnastics Classes and Cheer Instruction Promote Healthy, Active Life Styles, a Strong Work Ethic and Physically Fit Children!
Classes are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, fine and gross motor skills, strength, flexibility and balance in the physical fitness arena while developing and enhancing self-discipline, self-confidence, self-esteem and general mental fitness in each athlete. Instruction included on all women's apparatus, with the trampoline and pit used to aid in the safe learning of higher level skills.
