FSG staff members are selected based on character, love for children, background and demonstrated teaching abilities in the sport. Staff members are continually evaluated and trained. Staff includes former competitive gymnasts and internationally experienced coaches.

Corrine Williams - preschool, girls classes, girls Team level 2-7 coach Corrine has trained gymnastics for 17 years mostly under expertise of Slava Glazounov. She began her training in Delaware at Diamond Gymnastics and became part of the First State family in 2007 when it opened. She has been part of two Junior Olympic USAG National teams; once in 2005 and again in 2008. She is currently a proud team member and co-captain at Temple University Women’s Gymnastics. She was recruited on an athletic scholarship in 2008. Corrine was the first lady Owl to receive the ECAC conference floor champion title two years consecutively. In 2011 she was voted most consistent gymnast by her teammates and Most Valuable Gymnast by her coaches. In three years of competing at the collegiate level Corrine has been awarded more than five All–American titles in individual event and the All-Around. She has just a single year of NCAA eligibility left and hopes to contribute even more for the up coming season. This is her third year coaching at First State Gymnastics.
