At First State Gymnastics we are pleased to offer our members two types of Open Gym Sessions: Pre-School and Grade School. Open Gyms are an opportunity for children to have fun, practice their skills or play with friends in supervised areas of the gym.

Supervised gym time which gives girls, boys, cheerleaders and all athletes additional time to practice skills or just play and have fun. General Public Welcome.

Preschool Open Gym

Preschool Open Gym is offered two times during the week for Walkers to 5 year old. All children at Preschool Open Gym must be accompanied by an adult.

Next Grade School Open Gym will be announced shortly

Grade School Open Gym is offered one Sunday during the month.  All children who participate must be at least 6 years old. Parents are not permitted in the gym during Grade School Open Gym.

Fridays from 12:00 noon - 1:00pm

Preschool Open Gym - Fall, Winter, Spring
Thursdays  12:00 noon - 1:00pm

Grade School Open Gym, Ages 6 - 16
